Hi I’m from India . As this country is full of varieties and culture each state in India has its own unique. SO I AM going to present the dishes from each state which I find most delicious-
1.Rajasthan-DAL BATTI CHURMA
One of the most famous dishes from the state, no Rajasthani food is complete without Dal Bati Churma. The round Batis dipped in ghee with Panchkuti dal and Churma make for an appetizing combination.

2.MAHARASHTRA-PAV BHAJI

And if you live in mumbai here vada pav is the most famous.

3. GUJRAAT -Dhokla
Inarguably, Dhokla symbolizes a Gujarati and people here are frequently considered to be a Dhokla lover. Dhokla, made of fermented rice and split chickpeas, can be segregated in various sizes, colour and the varied style of fried and boiled ones, often served with GreenChutney/ Meethi Chutney made of Khajoor (Dates) and Aamli(Tamarind). These soft, sweet- namkeen tasted, often fried with mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves (Indian Lilac), relish the taste-buds.

4.South INDIA-This includes all the states in southern part of INDIA.
DOSA-This is listed in foods you must try before dying !!!

5.Uttar pradesh-The most famous local snack here is aloo ki chat.

6.Punjab-Sarso ka saag
This is the all time favourite traditional punjabi dish and is served with maake ki roti.

HAD ENOUGH OF SPICY FOOD NOW LETS HAVE SOME DESSERTS-
7.JALEEBI-It is made by deep-frying a wheat flour (maida flour)batter in pretzelor circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup.

8.RASGULLA- It is made from ball shaped dumplings of chhena (an Indian cottage cheese) and semolina dough, cooked in light syrup made of sugar.Mainly a west bengal delicasy.

9.FALLODA-Traditionally it is made from mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, psyllium(ispaghol) or basil(sabza/takmaria) seeds, tapioca pearls and pieces ofgelatin with milk or water.

And bonus India’s most famous dishes cannot be finished by-
10.SAMOSA- samosa is a fried or baked dish with a savoury filling, such as spicedpotatoes, onions, peas, lentils, macaroni, noodles or minced meat (lamb,beef or chicken).’
11. PANI PURI-is a common street snack in several regions of the Indian Subcontinent. In East India, it is known as Phuchhka. It consists of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of flavored water (pani), tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas.
