Preparing for your day in advance.
A lot of us think that we can get up early and start our day, but no. Nothing can replace pre-planning.
Think you wake up in the morning, check your refrigerator for the veggies available, and then decide on the meal for the day, while you realize chillies are missing.
Plan what you are going to cook over the week. Plan and buy veggies so that you can have the morning for important and peaceful things.
Waking up in the morning and spending 5 minutes to think on what you would wear and then ironing that stuff can be so irritating. Salwar is there, but the dupatta is missing. Shirt is there, but the pants are in laundry.
Plan what you are going to wear throughout the week. Iron your clothes and be ready for the next week.
In the morning, you reach office at 9.30 AM and start your day in a hurry with whatever task is there in your mailbox. Trust me, mails can wait but you shouldn't miss on important tasks.
Plan the tasks tonight that you would be doing tomorrow. You will feel that your day has been really productive.
Pre-planning not only saves time, but it gives you peace of mind. This is one thing that helps me to control my anxiety.
