Why is green colour cloth used to cover construction sites?

By: NEGI RK January 8 2022

It prevents the dust from construction site from entering into the adjoining spaces and atmosphere. Mainly to avoid the harm on people from object falling. It can protect the people who work in high and maintain building site clean.

It is breath freely. And do not influent daylighting. Prettify construction scene.

The buildings being built on the construction site are covered with green cloth because:

The first reason is that the workers working on the building should not be afraid when they look outside that they are at a high height so that their attention should not be distracted.

The second reason is that the dust and soil fly more on the site, due to which the people of the surrounding area suffer from it. So this cloth acts as a kind of barrier.

And nowadays you must have seen on some big sites that they also apply the blue-colored iron sheet. NBCC (National Buildings Construction Corporation) has also made it mandatory to install it. Only then do people follow their rule and apply them.

And this color is applied and covered so that it can be seen from afar.
