The turning point of my life came when I was around sixteen, studying in 11th standard. One day I found a small booklet on palmistry lying around in my house. I picked it up out of curiosity and started reading. At that time I didn’t believe in God or spirituality at all. My father is a practicing scientist and an atheist, so I was raised with the idea of the Big Bang and logic, not faith.
Still, palmistry pulled me in. I started practicing on my friends, just for fun. But then I realized, they were only teenagers, barely fifteen or sixteen. How could I really see such magnificent details about their lives? So I began reading the palms of my teachers instead. Their reactions surprised me. They were impressed with how accurate my readings were, and that gave me a sense of confidence. Word spread, and people started knowing me for it. That curiosity slowly grew into passion.
When I went to Banaras for my graduation, my life took another turn. In that city I felt a deep connection with Shiva, and for the first time I developed faith in spirituality and religion. I also started studying Vedic astrology seriously. That was the real beginning of my journey as an astrologer. From then on, I just kept walking this path, and I never looked back.
