Few common but very useful and mandatory habits:-
1) Drink one glass of water before you sleep.
2) Don't keep mobile phone near your pillow.
3) Keep your mobile phone on silent.
4) Keep your clothes ready for the next day.
5) Pack your bag for next day so that you don't miss anything important.
6) Don't think about anything while you are going to sleep so that you can sleep peacefully.
7) Never sleep in anger- Clear things out before sleeping.
8) Write in Memo/ Notes your To do list for the next day so that you won't forget anything.
9) Usually night is the time when you recall all you have done on that day so I will suggest you to recall only the good things and not overthink about what good you didn't do.
10) Say "Thank You for everything" before you sleep.( Be Thankful)
