Sit quietly or go for a walk alone (whichever suits you best) and say aloud:

  1. I am a powerful soul.
  2. I can change my life positively.
  3. I am happy and healthy.
  4. I am confident.
  5. I love people, and people love me.

Repeat. I say - repeat these affirmations for the next 10 minutes every day for a month. You can add a few more if you like. Smile while saying them, and at the end, thank the universe for everything you have.

Do this for a month and see the changes in your life.

This is something I have been doing for at least five minutes every day, and it has transformed me - from a helpless, depressed woman to a strong, empowered woman.
