25 Rules for Gentleman......

1. Always pay attention to whom you are talking, even if you are bored or tired.
2. Never, never interrupt.
3. Never attempt to prove your point by put-down, raising your voice, or any other insolent behavior.
4. Never talk about your business or yourself unless you are asked. If you are, be quick to turn the conversation back to them.
5. Never show supremacy, real or otherwise.
6. It is better than strive to be a good listener than a good speaker.
7. Never eavesdrop, purposefully or not.
8. Be brief and to the point.
9. Never believe flattery. To do so, you admit to self-conceit.
10. Never take anything personal; not give it.
11. Have strong beliefs, but never try to force them on anyone. It would be better to be thought a poor politician rather than be questioned if you are a gentleman.
12. Never compare one person to another-especially your friends.
13. Never slander another or listen to someone that does.
14. Never be the center of attention.
15. Avoid pendantry, and look it up if you don't know what it is.
16. Speak well, without undue formalism or crude slang.
17. Never correct another's speech. To do so shows superiority.
18. Never use scientific or technical terms around those who may not understand.
19. Do not be a buffoon or act as the class clown.
20. Never boast or name-drop.
21. Do not attempt to look sophisticated by looking down your nose. Make all people comfort in conversation.
22. If you get angry during a conversation, you automatically negate any well-made argument you might have. Change the subject or be quiet.
23. Avoid overly-personal subjects. Never repeat a secret.
24. Don't try to impress people with talk of the places you've been.
25. Avoid any gossip. It is repulsive in a woman and completely ignorable in a man
