2. MEDITATE
- Start Meditating daily and make it a habit.
- It will help you form a connection between your conscious and sub-concious mind.
- You won't be impulsive and you will eventually be able to control your emotions better.
3. FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL
-You need to understand that you can't control everything in your life.
- So its better you focus on things you can control.
- You can choose to connect with whatever you want to, and not worry about what other’s think.
4. ADAPT TO CHANGE
- You can’t control what’s changed but can adapt to it.
- Lets say you had a plan and for some reason it did not work out.
Now what?
You quit?
No you find a way.
You adapt to the change and modify your plans accordingly. You have to be ready for change
5. PRACTISE SELF CONTROL
- Try going without a thing for a day or two that you are addicted to the most. Ex- mobile.
- This will not just develop your self control but also develop your self-respect.
- Eventually we start believing and have more control on our decisions.
