Will you give your recipe for a quick breakfast?

1.Grilled Cheese

Grilled cheese always puts me in a good mood and it is also easy to make. All you need is bread and cheese and some butter if required. Place the cheese on your bread, place another slice on top of it. Then you can either grill it or straightaway make it on the pan. That’s it. It’s ready!

*You can always add some flavour to it by adding some leftover vegetables sauteed in oil with some spices. The more the merrier!

2.Oats

Oats are very easy to make. Just add milk to roasted oats and add sugar if required. You can also add cut fruits to your oats. A nice start to your day.

*You can also add chocolate to your oats. It’s up to you and your tastebuds.

3. Sheera or Halwa

Halwa is an Indian dish which is also savoured as breakfast in some places. For this, you will need Semolina(sooji), clarified butter, hot water and sugar.

You will need to roast the semolina until very light brown colour/ until crisp with clarified butter. Add hot water to this and stir until no lumps. You can add the sugar at this point of time. I love it. You will to :)

*You can also add nuts to it!
