Could you show us a picture of your favorite food?

India is home to a number of cuisines and a foodie’s heaven. I’m from Jammu and Kashmir and hence I’m a bit biased towards my own state’s food but not without a good reason. Mentioned below is a list of a few of my favorite foods from across India. The list is a but raw as of now but will add more in Edits. Excuse the very evident Kashmir bias :)

• Medhu Vada- My personal fav South Indian Delicacy

• Pav Bhaji- Mumbai Rules Again

• Seekh Tikka- Jammu’s fav street food

• Kaladi Kulcha- A gift from Ramnagar region of Jammu and Kashmir. Try this snack and you will get addicted

• Chhole Bathure- Delhi Tops here

• Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani

• Khatta Meat - A Jammu speciality

• Rogan Josh- Most well known Kashmiri Dish

• Tandoori Chicken- Most fav snack to go with drinks

• Kashmiri Gushtaba- Heavenly taste

• Kashmiri Yakhni

• Kashmiri Mutton Rista

• Kashmiri Mutton Mirchi Korma- My personal favorite
