What are top Meat eating Nations?
People with steppe or nomadic roots are thought to be the biggest meat eaters.
In Central Asia, there probably lives one of the five meat-eating nations in the world, the Kazakhs. Kazakhs gained the title of the great meat eaters, who consume lots of horse meat (as a sausage “kazy”) and lamb. Then there are also the Mongols, steppe people, who have a ration excessive with meat.
The lands inhabited by the Kazakhs and Mongols are not good enough for agriculture. The stretched steppes with green pastures fit for cattle breeding, particularly for sheep and horse raising.
As for the Kazakhs, an old joke goes that they are the second biggest meat eaters in the world, after wolves.
