I’ve been dealing with hair loss and thinning since lockdown. I’m 33 now, and over the years I tried countless solutions, including Minoxidil and Redensyl, but unfortunately, nothing seemed to work for me. In fact, the thinning kept getting worse.
Eventually, I started noticing visible bald spots on my scalp, which honestly worried me. So I decided to consult a doctor.
The doctor told me I was around Stage 4 hair loss. I was concerned about using strong treatments because I was worried about possible side effects, so I asked if there was a more natural approach.
He recommended the Rubodex hair care routine — Rubodex Hair Oil, Herbal Shampoo and Forte Tablets. He also told me that he had been recommending Rubodex to his patients for years.
Honestly, I was quite pessimistic in the beginning. After trying so many things without seeing results, I didn’t expect much.
But I decided to give it a proper try and stay consistent.
First, I noticed that my hair fall started reducing. Over time, my hair began to look fuller and more voluminous, and the thin areas became much less noticeable.
After around 5 months of consistently following the routine, I can genuinely say I’m happy with the transformation. I feel like I’ve gone from around Stage 4 back towards Stage 2, and my overall hair volume has improved noticeably.
My routine was simple and easy to follow:
- Rubodex Hair Oil – Applied 3–4 times a week
- Rubodex Shampoo – Used regularly as part of my hair-care routine
- Rubodex Tablets – 1 tablet daily after breakfast
Later, I also visited their website and came across feedback from doctors who have been recommending Rubodex products since 1993. Seeing this gave me even more confidence in the products and their long-standing use.
What I liked most was that the routine felt simple and easy to follow, and I didn’t personally experience any unwanted effects during my journey.
I started this journey with very little hope, but today I’m genuinely glad I gave it a chance. ❤️
5 months. Consistency. Patience. And a routine that worked for me.
