What habits damage your mental health slowly?

  1. Comparing yourself with others.
  2. Judging yourself when you feel low.
  3. Not trying to work for something you want.
  4. Waiting for others to do your work.
  5. Not having a clarity of mind about what you really want in life.
  6. Getting confused every single time.
  7. Not able to trust anyone and when someone trust you, breaking their trust. This will make you feel evil and bad.
  8. Thinking negative all the time.
  9. Not taking care of your physical health.
  10. Not saying NO to the things you don't want to do.
  11. Not having conversation with your family and loved ones.
  12. Not taking stand for yourself will destroy your mental health.
  13. Feeling lost and sad all the time. You need to feel good, and happy. Get up and change your situation.
  14. Wasting your time in just scrolling social media.
  15. Not taking anything seriously.
