What habits can change life in 2026?

  1. Waking up early.
  2. Meditation.
  3. Working hard for your goal.
  4. Spending quality time with family.
  5. Reading books instead of watching reels.
  6. Stop unnecessary scrolling social media.
  7. Eating healthy food. Stop eating junk.
  8. Working out for 30 minutes a day for atleast 5 days a week.
  9. Spending time with yourself, to understand your own self better.
  10. Following your hobbies to be happy.
  11. Respecting others(their hard work) and don't give a hard time to others.
  12. Stop complaining, comparing and criticising.
  13. Journaling for 5 minutes.
  14. Making a to do list for the next day. Set your priorities.
  15. Stop procrastinating and get the work done.
  16. Being happy and calm irrespective of the circumstances.
