What are the benefits of exercise?
- Exercise teaches us discipline.
- You look good after a few months of regular and proper workouts.
- Many people claim that their mental health also improves after working out, but I don’t feel so because I am already mentally strong and happy.
- Your diet also starts to get better with exercise since you want to see results in your body, though one cheat day is allowed per week from my side.
- You can flex your biceps in front of your GF/BF/Husband/Wife.
By the way, I am also trying to get into shape.
