What are the benefits of exercise?
  1. Exercise teaches us discipline.
  2. You look good after a few months of regular and proper workouts.
  3. Many people claim that their mental health also improves after working out, but I don’t feel so because I am already mentally strong and happy.
  4. Your diet also starts to get better with exercise since you want to see results in your body, though one cheat day is allowed per week from my side.
  5. You can flex your biceps in front of your GF/BF/Husband/Wife.

By the way, I am also trying to get into shape.
