What are some good habits to follow?
- Drink enough water.
 - Follow the adage, “Early to bed & early to rise.”
 - Get morning sunlight.
 - Avoid processed, junk, oily & fried foods as much as you can.
 - Eat a fruit daily.
 - Walk for a minimum of 7k steps daily.
 - Get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep at night.
 - Don't use your phone first thing in the morning. The same goes for when you are going to sleep at night.
 - A minimum of 30 minutes of exercise is a must. It can be Gym, Yoga, home workout etc.
 - There must be a time of the day when you connect to the higher power. It can be in the form of a prayer or meditation.
 - Monitor the content you consume as it plays a huge role in shaping your thoughts and behaviours.
 - Smiling is underrated.
 - If you drink or smoke, ideally quit it before life quits you.
 - Maintain a ratio of 75:25 between using the Internet for knowledge and entertainment respectively.
 - “If you can't speak something good, speak nothing at all.” - A quote from the movie ‘Bambi.’
 - Reading is the new cool.
