AN ADULT SHOULD BE GETTING AT LEAST 7-9 HOURS SLEEP PER NIGHT.

SLEEPING ALLOWS THE BRAIN TO CLEANSE ITSELF AND PROMOTES STRONG MENTAL HEALTH.

5. EAT A HEALTHY DIET

  • EAT MORE FISH (OMEGA 3)
  • CUT SATURATED FATS & SUGAR
  • NO MORE THAN 6 GRAMS OF SALT PER DAV
  • STAY HYDRATED

6. PREPARE FOR THE DAY

PLAN OUT EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO BY CREATING A CHECKLIST.

FAIL TO PREPARE, PREPARE TO FAIL.

7. WORK ON MINDSET

EVERY THOUGHT YOU HAVE IS NOT TRUE.

STOP GIVING THEM ATTENTION!
