33 Devas are insignificant. Hanuman Ji stomps all the 14 Lokas excluding Brahma Ji and Maa Saraswati. Shree Hanuman is way too overpowered for anyone. Mahabharata makes it clear that Hanuman Ji could have killed Ravana and his entire army alone.
Shree Hanuman defeated and thrashed Ravana who himself could stomp the Devas.
The demon, who had never been conquered before in battles, by even all the gods combined or by Indra himself, has been conquered, on confronting you in the battlefield, as the sea breaks up, on reaching the shore."
- Valmiki Ramayana, Yuddha Khanda, Sarga 109.
That same Ravana got thrashed by Shree Hanuman’s punch:
ऋषय् वानराश्चैव नेदुर्देवाश्च सासुराः |Thereupon, the enraged Hanuma the son of the Wind-God rushed towards Ravana and struck angrily on his chest with his fist, resembling a thunderbolt. By that blow of the fist, Ravana the Lord of Demons reeled and fell on his knees to the ground. A lot of blood oozed out from his face, eyes, and ears. Reeled and motionless, he became and sat in the middle of the chariot. Seeing Ravana despite his redoubtable strength swooned on the battlefield, sages and monkeys began to shout in triumph as did also celestials and the demons (invisibly present on the scene).
- Valmiki Ramayana, Yuddha Khanda, Sarga 59.
Ravana was only alive because Shree Hanuman spared him. Else Ravana would be killed on the first day of the battle itself. Shree Hanuman even lifted the entire universe.
The egoistic Rakshasa who could lift the three worlds with its inhabitants could not move an inch of Laxman’s body, but Mahabali easily lifted him. At this time Laxman had assumed his cosmic form.
Though he was able to lift up Himavat, Mandara and Meru mountains as also the Three Worlds with the Gods, he could not raise Lakshmana the younger brother of Bharata.
- Valmiki Ramayana, Yuddha Khanda, Sarga 59.
And Rudransha Hanuman just lifted Laxman Ji with ease:
Then, the courageous Hanuma lifting up Lakshmana in his arms, who had been wounded by Ravana, brought him to Rama's presence.
- Valmiki Ramayana, Yuddha Khanda, Sarga 59.
Mahabali Hanuman easily overpowered Ravana who in turn defeated the Devas and terrorized them, which clearly shows that Shree Hanuman is more than capable of defeating all the Devas and not just the main 33 Devas.
Shree Hanuman was an incarnation of Mahadeva himself. None except Mahadeva can defeat him. Hanuman Ji was an Amsha of Shiva which means a portion of Maha Rudra himself. None can defeat him.
In due course, Śiva was born of it in the form of a monkey named Hanūmat. He had great strength and exploit. Even as a child the lord of monkeys, Hanūmat was very powerful. Early in the morning he took the disc of the sun for small fruit and wanted to eat it. At the request of the gods, he left it. Knowing him to be an incarnation of Śiva of great power the gods and the sages granted him boons.
Shiva Mahapurana, Shatarudra Samhita, Chapter 20.
Lastly, Shree Hanuman burnt Lanka to its ground and powerful Rakshasas like Ravana, Indrajit, Prahasta, Makharaksha, Mahaparshva, etc… were helpless and could do nothing to stop it. No more words are needed to describe how powerful Mahabali Hanuman is.
