Do it alone, with friends or pets.
It removes the “cobwebs” and exposes you to natural light.

Write out a list of what you need done.
Then pick the top 3, complete and reorder for the next day.
7. Let your loved ones know they’re loved
You never know what is going through someone’s mind.
Your message could make a difference.
8. Stick to your word
Holding yourself accountable brings action.
It also sets a precedent to yourself and others around you.
9. Drink water
It removes toxins, improves your skin and leaves you hydrated.
10. Be thankful for what you have
Personally I’ve implemented this more in my life and it acts as a reminder that you don’t need a lot to be happy.
11. Stop suppressing your emotions
Someone’s p**sed you off ?
Let them know (in a respectful manner). You’ll feel better.
12. Be prepared

Being prepared puts you in the best position to succeed.
13. Use do not disturb
Take a break from the chaos of the outside world.
Grab a book or even mediate, just don’t touch your electric devices.
14. Cook your meals
Takeaways can taste good but they don’t do much for your health.
Pick 3 meals, perfect them then switch it up.
15. Workout
Mental + physical benefits collide.
Your clothes fit better, you feel better and other people notice.

16. Tidy your bedroom
A cluttered room leads to a cluttered mind.
Give yourself a peaceful place to rest. You owe it to yourself.
