Do You think Taj Mahal is overrated? What's your opinion?

Yes, Infact when I visited Taj mahal, after visiting many of the above places, I was expecting another over rated place, especially because I have been hearing about and seeing pictures of it all my life.
Words cannot describe the beauty of this place when you see it in person.You may have seen 1000 pictures of this place but you truely have to see it in person to appreciate the beauty of this place, I am falling short of adjectives to describe Taj Mahal. in India all the Islamic monuments are overrated. The beauty lies in the hearts of India that is SANATAN.

I can describe the spectacular mausoleum surrounded by the striking minarets. I can tell you about the Persian calligraphy intricately etched on the walls. I can keep rambling about the picturesque mosque and the breath-taking gardens around. You can google and know more. But we are not here to discuss architecture, are we?
Let me begin with why I don't like it being labelled as over-rated.
Take a moment and think about the twenty thousands of artisans who created the masterpiece slowly, piece-by-piece, inch-by-inch.

Simply I show you another Architecture marvel that doesn't get place in 7 wonders of the world. I dont know the reason may be its temple from south india.
- First granite temple
- More than 1000 years old
- The temple tower is 216 feet taller than So called pizza tower and its older still I'm going frequently.
- 80 ton single stone on the top with pyramid structure.
- Used Interlock puzzle technique means keeping one stone and above one stone without cement Or Any paste.
6. The shadow of the main tower is never falling on Ground, that's the magic of this architecture.
7. Do you think since the height is 216 feet so the basement or foundation is at least 10% on that. No, there is no foundation for this structure, constructed on only plain land or surface.
8. The surprising thing is the Vimana (Temple Top) is made with single & a large marble stone weight of 81 tons, which is placed successfully on the top of the Temple (Approx 200 feet high before Vimana placing) once construction is completed is still miserable how that was possible without technology & cranes.
9. There is no mountain in thanjavur and surrounding it's more than 50 km distance to get granite stones. How they build it before 1000 year without any vehicle? More than 1000 elephants used.
10.Although the much younger heritage structure in the world is tilting example, like London Big Ben & Leaning tower of Pisa. This1000 years monument showing “0”Degree Inclination still.
Big Temple declared as world heritage monument in 1987
Thanjavur big temple or Brihadeeswara temple. our pride even they dont announce as 7 wonders in the world.
One day political things go away and this monument or marvel go to the hieghts And the world going to come here to see this marvel for getting Goosebumps.
