What do cricketers have during mid-day break during a test match? Since you can't play with a hefty stomach, doesn't it mean they don't have like ordinary lunch?

I posed this article to one of my companions who is an expert cricketer. In this way, I am replying for his benefit.

He said to me we are not permitted to have much on breakfast or lunch during a Test match. We for the most part eat peanut butter with earthy colored bread, a protein bar and bananas toward the beginning of the day breakfast before the match. During lunch, we ordinarily eat suppers which are wealthy in carbs and protein so we can process them effectively and it doesn't hamper our actual capacity to run and field. The vast majority of the players eat bubbled chicken, plate of mixed greens, earthy colored rice, protein bars, veggies. The vast majority of our noon spin around us making a technique to dominate the match and ready to get legitimate rest.

However, when the test match is over we can eat anything we desire, yet very little. We should be in our prime consistently since we are addressing our country, and we are consistently prepared to give 100%. Here our Superstar R. Ashwin appreciating a dinner after a match.

Here is rundown of what they serve in lunch during Australia Vs England Ashes Test Series

Avocado, mango and dill plate of mixed greens with avocado dressing

Quinoa, cranberry and feta plate of mixed greens

Mung bean curry with spinach

Broiled yam wedges with Szechuan preparing

Nectar soy and broiled chicken bosoms with pak choi and ginger

as the menu on Day 2 which included:

Spiced yam and coconut soup(v) (with newly heated bread rolls).

Ok this is a good question, something that even I was keen to know and had actually asked a similar question on Quora way back but didn’t receive any response which shows that this is something that most people are actually unaware of.

So after a long wait I finally did come to know at least something regarding the menu served in lunch of a test match and thanks to the Lord’s cricket ground for making it public on social media.

So it happened during the second test match in this ongoing India’s tour of England 2018 at the iconic Lord’s cricket ground. On all 4 days of the test match pictures of the menu was uploaded on Twitter from official BCCI account and also from Lord’d official account.

DAY 1

DAY 2

DAY 3

10oz Grilled sirloin (with prawn and scallop brochette and garlic margarine.

Heated ocean bream (with hot and harsh souce).

So that is the lunch that you get during test coordinates in any event in the Home of Cricket (clearly certain progressions will be made relying upon the opposing group) and that looks truly mouth watering right? A flat out foodie's heaven.

In spite of the fact that I am ignorant regarding the lunch served on different grounds however pretty much we can expect something like these I presume.

Expectation you appreciated both the menu and the appropriate response.
