How much do you prefer healthy eating instead of eating junk foods?

The term ‘healthy eating’ varies differently for different people. To me, eating healthy means only sticking to good, nourished and tasty home cooked food. I love my plate of Dal, chawal sabzi to the core. But that doesn't meant my mind craves for some aloo paranthe or chole bhature.



What I prefer is making my rendition of those food which I crave cause in a way I will be aware of the ingredients I put and also the amount of oil I use.

I try to keep my food very basic and simple. Not fancy or too much of experimentation. Since I am a working woman, I keep to very minimalistic preparation of 


breakfast/lunch/dinner and see only healthy yet tasty food is being consumed.

Apart from that I love doing my morning Yoga cause not just food but healthy activities keeps you fit as well. 


And also Yoga kind of makes me energised, gives positive outlook and clear mind to actually start my day.
