Dinner : Boiled Chicken Breast + Veg Saute + Salad

Dinner : Boiled Shrimps + Veg Saute + Salad

Dinner/Breakfast : Egg Whites Omelette/Boiled

Breakfast : 2 whole eggs + 4–5 egg whites + turmeric milk

Breakfast : Porridge : Wheat Flakes, Oats and Ragi mix

11 AM Meal : Fruit Bowl (Papaya/Pomegranate/Apple/Orange) + Chamomile/Green Tea

Lunch: 4 Egg Whites + few chicken pieces + few rice/1 chappati + big salad bowl + Buttermilk

Evening Snack/Lunch(Part) : Egg Whites(3–4) Bhurji

Evening Snack : Roasted Peanuts/Soybeans

Tea is always Milkless : Green or sometimes black

I make all meals myself in a small PG room I live in

I will add more pictures of my recent meals soon. I usually forget to take pictures before eating and then remember it afterwards… 😅
