Best way to stay Fit,,,,,,
Let me introduce you My Brother Pankaj Kumar, Now we'll see What his daily routine and diet..
I graduated B.tech(Civil engineering) in 2016 from NIT Jalandhar and currently a GTE in a Construction Company. I started gym in feb 2018 and have continued my journey with ups and downs in life.
So basically my days pass like this:-
- I wake up 6:30am in the morning and i take “lemon water + 1tsp honey + chia seeds” in morning then I go for 15minutes walk and freshen-up.
- Around 7:30am, I have my breakfast which mostly contains “Oatmeals(Oats+ low fat milk + dry nuts), 2 whole and 2egg white with 1fruit(apple or Banana)” and Some times i take “Whole wheat bread with egg omelette and boiled eggs”
- My job schedule is 8am to 8pm. So i carry Fruits (for snacks) and Boiled Egg(for lunch) on site timing.
- I have lunch at my site which is provided by the company mess and quite healthy. Mostly i eat “2chapati + 1cup rice + Dal + paneer/Rajma/Chickpea/Soya chunk sabji + Salad” with boiled eggs which I carried from my place.
- In the evenings, I generally eat fruits with some dry nuts and sometimes whey protein shake.
- I return to my room around 8:20pm and take Brown bread filled with banana/pomegranates and peanut butter.
- I go to gym around 8:40pm to 10:00pm, which includes my Warmups, Weight training and post stretching session.
- After gym, i take post workout meal as my dinner which usually contains "Rice+ dal + 5-6egg +green vegetables+ Salad" .
- After this I go for a 10mins walk while listening to music or am on a phonecall.
I spend around an hour's time on social media, nutrition blog, Quora etc and go to sleep around 11:30pm.
As I am civil site engineer, my day involves a lot of walking on site which makes me complete 10000+ steps, which is good for my body and overall health.
Yeah, I get tired when i come back home. But i wait whole day for my favourite time(Gym), where i forget everything what's going on life and concentrate on lifting weights. I have really worked hard for this, and spent lots of time in reading posts and blogs on nutrition, which lead me to getting this physique.
I just wanna say that anything can be done if you want.If you focus on your goal with right information of Nutrition, which play most important role to being fit.
It's not necessary to hit gym everyday for being fit. Your daily walking, some bodyweight exercises, yoga also can keep you fit and you need to be focused towards your food intake(in the terms of daily calorie intake).
It's all need for your "Determination, Dedication and Discipline".
This is my overall transformation pic, which keeps me motivated to workhard and be consistent.
Special Thanks to Mr Pankaj Kumar...
