These are some snacks that I often consume in a day at any time of the day when I feel hungry,
1. Dry Fruits(walnuts, Cashew, Almonds, Black Raisins, Pista) also try to soak your dry fruits other like walnuts and almonds a day before as it helps to remove the heat from the two.
And then you can have it as your snacks or in your oatmeal bowl in the morning along with some chia seeds
2.Fresh Fruits(Never avoid fresh and seasonal fruits and make them a part of your diet)
3.Makhana(Makahna has lot of health benefits and are easy to carry at your workplace as well , also if you get bored to try out the same makhana you can also roast and add some seasoning to flavor them up)

5.Peanut Butter Toast
Thus these are some snacks that I tend to consume, which are healthy, nourishing, and keeps you full.
