Good health great soul. If you want to get inner peace then you have to control your thoughts. The best way to control your thoughts is Meditation. Meditation reduces stress and helps you to feel relax.

Do good and good will happen to you. Stay away from bad things and choose the rights things to do. Good deeds have good results and these are  beneficial for you in particular and for the society at large. 

Negative effects of accumulated deeds, inferior self-confidence lead to human failure.
The effect of actions accumulated by chanting meditation & prayer of God can be reduced to zero & by taking confidence to the extreme, you can turn bad luck into good luck!
