I’d love to share my tricks which are easy to implement.
To be honest, I cannot compromise on nutrition as I am flying and health is foremost priority.
To reduce belly fat, I try to reduce the intake of calories as the day proceeds.
Let’s go through the diet once-
Breakfast/ lunch - Palak/methi/ paneer parantha with ghee along with a cup of tea.
Snacks at around 5p.m - almond/ walnuts along with tea/ coffee
Another snack around 8- any fruit rich in fibre say apple, pear or high water content say watermelon or musk melon.
Dinner before 10 max- 2 egg whites, multigrain bread loaf, a piece of chicken/ tofu.
FYI- tea is without sugar. You can replace with warm water, green tea or herbal tea. It’s important to consume warm beverages to improve digestion. I consume dark chocolate to satisfy cravings Lindt or Amul 75% dark atleast.
Accommodate brisk walking for 7 km or 10000steps atleast.
Once you start doing it, I becomes feasible.
I don’t compromise on my skin so ghee/ butter and water intake has to sufficient. Desi ghee helps you lose weight and keeps it nourished inside out.
You can experiment with the following for dinner
If you’re eating a full fledged meal in dinner, try consuming three hours prior going to bed.
Remember, your dinner is your last nutrition and will define how many extra calories you’ll load yourself with before you go to bed.
I use to be size 12 but now I fit well in size 8.

Edit- Try consuming fruits by afternoon as it’s high in sugar and not great for sound sleep.
Edit- To all those vegetarians who didn’t appreciate the amount of chicken in my plate and did not feel nice about it, I apologise but I didn’t intend to hurt anyone’s sentiments. That’s what I eat and it’s a personal choice. you can replace it with Soya paneer or egg whites to complete your protein intake.
