Do we expect a huge recession and job losses due to the Covid-19?

Its so difficult time for world not only in India everywhere situation is getting worst day by day. I think 2020 is survival year for everyone we shout fight with with corona virus, and keep safe our self our society.

Projection and indices won't answer the impact of corona-virus on the economy, they are hardly reliable, especially when the virus trajectory is still unknown, the effectiveness of containment efforts is unknown, and the companies & consumers' reactions are unknown. The path to recovery will depend on the degree to which the demand has been delayed/lost, whether the shock is truly a spike, or it lasts or whether there is any structural damage.

As we have settled down to a new routine, work from home culture has become more prominent. It also makes us question our constant need to travel during normal times. It is also helping us explore the new ways in which we can keep our virtual team engaged and most importantly accelerating the adoption of technology at work. 

We all need to take charge of our own careers. The days of the patriarchal organization that made decisions on our behalf, on people’s careers are long gone. Let’s not view our career in terms of vertical progression, look at adding diversity of experience, acquiring new skills, etc.
