Eat Smartly

1. Carry homemade food and eat more homemade food rather than eating outside food.

2. Dont Eat processed foods like sugary soda, chips, biscuits every day or often.

3. Eat complex carbohydrates like oats, brown rice, whole wheat roti, bajra roti, Museli.

4. Eat some amount of protein in every meal. Protein helps you to build tissue and muscle, your body need time to digest the protein which will help you to make fuller for a longer period of time, and thus you will be away from bad snacks.

5. Consume Healthy Fats like Nuts, Nut butter, as they are slow-digesting thus help you to control hunger for a longer period of time and help to make new hormones for the body. Also, try to go for natural nut butter instead of processed and hydrogenated butter.

6. Eat Raw salad with lunch and dinner, will help you to give some fiber and antioxidants and also reduce your appetite.

7. Hydration is Must, be hydrated. Drink at least 3 liters of water every day.

8. Be smart use go for walk for smaller distance and use case instead of the lift, these small changes will change your health drastically.

9. Avoid Sugar, Refined Flour(Maida) and reduce salt intake, for the compensation you can use pink salt, black salt or add Black Pepper in the dish.

10. Lastly balance your way, since if you want to live a healthy lifestyle for lifelong balance is the key dont go binge on dieting or eating proper foods, try to balance the healthy with some foods which you like but in moderation. Thus Eating smartly and in moderation is the key.
