Which food is good for quick weight gain?

When I was trying to gain weight, then I have realised that it's not about eating the junk food but eating the right food in the right amount helps us in Wright gain.

Below are some healthy options for quick weight gain :

  • Bananas : bananas carries good calories and are easy to eat.
  • Rice : you can take rice with any other curries
  • Nuts & peanut butter : high energy source
  • Full cream milk : gives both protien and fat.

If you take them consistently, you will see the change faster. Don't just completely rely on 3 big meals of the day rather add small snacks as well in between.
