A lot of people say it’s Batman’s knowledge of Bane’s mask that led to him winning and although that is instrumental, it’s not why Batman won.
The reason Batman defeated Bane the second time is a combination of a few factors. But the real moment Bane lost was this moment right here.

The moment Bane lost the fight was when Batman overpowered Bane in that little moment, the look on Bane’s face says it all. You see, Bane destroyed Batman. He broke him and left him for dead in an inescapable prison. And what did Batman do?? He recovered. He trained and regained his physical strength and he escaped. Something Bane remarks to himself was impossible, Bane himself was unable to do it yet Batman did and this is the most important part; not only did Batman recover from his obviously extreme injuries, not only did Batman escape an inescapable prison but he came back stronger.
In their first fight Bane dominated Batman. He humiliated the Dark Knight, he overpowered him, out-skilled him and plainly outclassed him. But Batman came back even stronger than he was before, and enough to over-power Bane who was way ahead of him in strength.
It was in this moment Bane realised the truth. He realised just exactly who he was dealing with. Someone who was beaten, broken and dumped in a hole who came back even stronger and more confident. It was in this moment of realisation that Bane lost the fight.
