If one of the Avengers offered to clean your house, would you become suspicious or accept it? Why?

It depends upon the Avenger of course.

If it were Black Widow or Hawkeye, I would automatically be suspicious.

They’re either there to ransack my house for important information or to use it as a place to lie low. Not to clean. A spy would never just want to “clean your house”.

The same goes for Iron Man.

Why would he ever clean my house? He could just send a random suit if he wanted to do it. He’s probably planning on using my house for experiments, or maybe for another Iron Man 3 style safe haven.

And don’t even get me started on Hulk.

Bruce Banner I might allow, but what if he steps on a Lego brick? Sure, he said he could handle pain, but not torture! I wouldn’t want to take the risk.

Thor is the same way.

He probably wouldn’t destroy my house by accident, but the God of Thunder offering to clean a person’s house is ridiculous. It’s probably just Loki in disguise.

However, I would allow Captain America to do it.

For one thing, he’s honest. Or at the very least a terrible liar. He’s also the kind of guy who does nice things because he can. Maybe he just needed something to do, so he decided to all of a sudden clean someone’s house.

The only issue is if he’s being followed or something, but I would trust him to be able to shake them.

So the only Avenger I would allow to clean my house is Captain America.
