What did you learn too late in life?
- Always prioritize yourself. Do not become a carpet for the people. They will walk over you in no time, leaving you shattered.
- Family is above everything. There are boyfriends and girlfriends, but when you are really at your lowest, only your family will only take you back.
- Karma is real. Even if it is taking you a bit longer, trust the process. It will be worth it.
- Work on yourself. No matter how much wealth your parents hold, how rich your husband is, or which family you belong to, make your path and own the room you walk into.
- Life will break you, and shatter you in pieces, but you must get up every time and give your best shot. Never stop trying.
- Not everyone is nice. Stop trusting people easily.
- One day you’ll find your green forest, who will make you prove why it didn’t work out with anyone else. Trust the process.
- Treat your body like a temple. I’ve learned it the hard way, but the moment you lose your health, no amount of wealth will be able to fix it.
- Maintain your standards. Go on that vacation. Buy that bag. Wear those high heels. If you won’t pamper yourself, who else will?
- You’re a Queen, and you should own the room. Never allow a “Pookie to make you Dukhie” (sad)
