I need peace in my life. What should I do?

- Protect your energy: Walk away from noise, drama, and those who mistake your softness for weakness.
- Treat yourself with all the love do all the things which gives you joy .
- Let go of insecurities: remember you are unique in your own way
- For me travel and food works the best mental therapy so find yours too
- Have a hobby : which helps you to bring joy
